What does CasePay Access do?
CasePay Access collects and organizes a request and may refer it to an independent funding provider. The provider—not CasePay Access—makes any approval and pricing decision.
What information is commonly reviewed?
Providers commonly consider attorney representation, claim type, incident facts, insurance, liability issues, treatment progress, liens, prior advances, and expected case timing. Requirements vary.
Is a review an approval?
No. A form submission, phone call, or document request is only part of an evaluation. Nothing is final until a provider presents written terms and all required parties complete the agreement.
What should I compare?
Compare the cash delivered, payoff amounts at several dates, how charges accumulate, whether a payoff cap applies, and what happens if the case takes longer than expected or is unsuccessful.
